About Will:

Will can help with relationship problems, anger management, bereavement and loss, and life direction issues. Sometimes we don't like where our life is heading or perhaps it feels like our life is heading nowhere and we need to kick-start a change.

Will's approach is to use Person-Centred therapy where you work through what is happening for you and why it affects you the way it does and use Solution Focused Therapy to focus on the future you want and the daily tasks and steps that will take you there.

Issues Will can help with include:

Anger, Bereavement, Career, Depression, Men's Issues, Relationship Difficulties, Stress, Work Related Issues

Will's therapies include:

Person Centred Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT)
