EMDR Sessions
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an interactive psychotherapy technique used to relieve psychological stress. It is highly effective for treating trauma and PTSD.
Through interactive eye movement exercises each week, your therapist can help alter the way your brain stores traumatic memories, meaning that stressful thoughts no longer cause the same amount of distress when they resurface.
Sessions consists of 1-hour sessions every other week where your Therapist will work with you to process and cope with what you have been through.
