Jo offers an integrative approach that draws from person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapies. Using aspects of each, Jo will help you identify patterns, noting how your life experiences and relationships growing up contributed to their development.

This helps you consider how useful these patterns are in your present day life and which aspects might be helpful to change and adapt. You will then be able to identify goals that will contribute to developing a healthier view of yourself, changing relationship patterns and behaviours, and living an authentic and fulfilling life.
